Class Participation: Before your children are eligible for class enrollment, you will first need to enroll yourself in your service hours. Because we are a co-op in the truest sense of the word, every family participating in co-op classes is required to cheerfully serve. Some positions can be done with young children alongside, while some cannot. Whenever possible, we may offer nursery care for teachers and monitors during the hours they are serving. We make every effort accommodate special requests for volunteer preferences.

After your first semester of membership, you may choose to teach a class. Teachers that are teaching two or more class hours are not required to fulfill additional monitoring positions.

Illness Policy: To protect all of our families, as well as the families and seniors who use Concord Church, we want to reiterate the ARCHE Illness policy:  No one shall attend a class or ARCHE-related event if he/she has had a symptom of a contagious disease such as vomiting, diarrhea, undiagnosed rash, a bad cough, or a temperature of 100.4 °F or higher at any time during the 24 hours before the class or event.

Waivers: I acknowledge that participation in all activities necessarily involves risk of physical injury. In consideration of allowing participation at Concord Church of the listed individuals, I hereby, release, discharge, and hold harmless Concord Church, its employees, volunteers, and other representatives from any claims arising out of or relating to physical injury that may result to said individual while participating in events, including any physical injury caused by the negligence of any official, referee or coach while performing his/her duties during activities, practices, or games and any other event at Concord Church.

I acknowledge that participation in all activities necessarily involves risk of physical injury. In consideration of allowing participation in ARCHE events of the listed individuals, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless ARCHE, Inc., its representatives, volunteers, teachers, and members from any claims arising out of or relating to physical injury that may result to said individual while participating in ARCHE events, including any physical injury caused by the negligence of any person acting on behalf of ARCHE.

Media Release Authorization: I/We, the undersigned, understand that my/our family is a member of ARCHE, Inc., a Missouri nonprofit corporation (“ARCHE”) directed to supporting Christ-focused, Biblically-based, Parent-led home education. To the extent indicated below, I/we consent to ARCHE or its members or designees obtaining written content, audio and video recordings, and photographic images of myself/ourselves and my/our children in connection with ARCHE activities and their use by or on behalf of ARCHE for all purposes, in any and all media, including that available via the Internet, without limitation, including promotion, solicitation, advertising or trade and may be shared and distributed to the public.

Additionally, I/we may provide written content, audio and video recordings, and photographic images of myself/ourselves and my/our children to ARCHE. To the extent indicated below, I/we consent to ARCHE’s or its members’ or designees’ use of the same for all ARCHE-related purposes, in any and all media, including that available via the Internet, without limitation, including promotion, solicitation, advertising or trade and may be shared and distributed to the public without compensation.

I/We understand that ARCHE is not responsible for the unauthorized reproduction of said audio or video recordings and photographic images and waive any rights and hold ARCHE harmless from any claims based on the unauthorized reproduction thereof.

The foregoing authorization/consent/grant shall be binding upon my/our heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
